  I am giving Golden Bowl 2 stars based on Customer service and Food.
  Tried golden bowl again, although my last visit the cashier was not friendly at all. Again on this visit the cashier was not friendly, I am not sure why they have so much attitude but I am very polite and only ask the same back. Especially being a paying customer!
  I did like the bacon burger on my last visit so I got that again, unfortunately the fries were not fresh, they tasted double fried. On my previous visit the fries were cold. Big pet peeve of mine is cold fries or fries re dropped when I ask for fresh, I cant stand eye rolls or faces when I have to ask for them fresh but fries get cold very quickly and I like my food hot!
  Also alot of customers order the chicken bowl veggies etc and the constant chopping is loud and annoying while you try and have lunch.
  If I lived closer I would most likely just order the burger alone to go.. I do not live close by anymore and will not go out of my way to try golden bowl again. Bummer because it could be so much better, very disappointing.

  After years and years of coming here. Here is my review.
  
  Golden Bowl is located in Covina. Its down the street from Thomas Acura and it has plenty of parking.
  
  Service: You go up to the register buy your food and they'll call your number. Really isn't much to talk about.
  
  Food: The mix bowl with Beef and Chicken are tender and flavorful. I def recommend this. French fries are crispy and delicious.
  
  Casual place for a good and filling quick lunch.

  Golden Bowl reminds me of my high school days, frequenting the local staple that was Classic Burger: a fast food joint serving up an eclectic mix of burgers and Asian rice bowls. Golden Bowl offers up the same mix, but with seemingly higher quality bowls, if not gauged purely by the fact that they come with what seems like an entire damn avocado.
  
  The beef and teriyaki bowls were both solid choices, albeit a bit on the salty side, with some unexpectedly fantastic fluffy, puffy rice.
  
  For those on the go, or who prefer the comfort of eating in their own home, they offer up a drive-thru in addition to the usual to-go option!

  Venue - Didn't go inside, but based on photos at least, they seem perfectly accessible.

  It's the smokiness of the meats from their charbroil grill that makes this place unique and super good. It's always busy when we go. We're from out of town so any time we're in the area (IKEA, etc.), we drop in. Service is quick, somewhat friendly.
